Academy St. include:<\/p>\n<partner-inline util-module-path=\"elements\/partner\" placement=\"native-article_link\" sizes=\"[[300, 250], [3, 3]]\" min-height=\"250\" fluid=\"\" outstream=\"\"\/>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A grand entryway into the arena with a new building facade design.<\/li>\n<li>An improved and expanded concourse area (adding 22,000 square feet), featuring more circulation, lighting, and entrance space leading into the building, creating new event areas, and adding more room for retail stores and merchandising.<\/li>\n<li>A 6,500-seat amphitheater and a parking structure will be built after the arena upgrades are complete.<\/li>\n<li>Expanded concession stands and terrace areas, more accessible seating, and restroom areas.<\/li>\n<li>New hospitality experiences around the concourse area.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The venue is currently exploring funding options for the project. <span style=\"box-sizing:border-box;margin:0;padding:0\">It is<\/span> expected to be a nearby complement to the\u00a0East North Street Gateway project, which will upgrade sidewalks, crosswalks, landscaping, retail businesses, and a public art gallery.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"presto-h2 wp-block-heading\">Trueline to arrive in the West End<\/h2>\n<p>The 2,500-person capacity music and event space at 401 E.
