Whitlock<\/a>\u2019s manager, Brian Liebman<\/a>, announced his death Tuesday on Instagram.<\/p>\n \u201cIt is with tremendous sadness that I share the passing of my dear friend and client Isiah Whitlock Jr. If you knew him \u2013 you loved him,\u201d Liebman wrote. \u201cA brilliant actor and even better person. May his memory forever be a blessing. Our hearts are so broken. He will be very, very missed.\u201d<\/p>\n Born in Indiana in 1954, Whitlock began studying theater at Southwest Minnesota State University.
