The Real Housewives of New York City<\/em><\/a> alum Carole Radziwill<\/strong><\/a> shared a heartfelt tribute to Tatiana Schlossberg<\/strong><\/a> after her death at 35.<\/p>\n

\u201cI woke up to the news that Tatiana Schlossberg passed away last night. Although I hadn\u2019t seen her in many years, the news brought back memories,\u201d Radziwill, 62, captioned an Instagram<\/a> post on Wednesday, December 31.<\/p>\n

The former reality star was married to Anthony Radziwill<\/strong>, the nephew of Jacqueline Kennedy Onassis<\/strong>, from 1994 until his death in 1999. Anthony was 40 years old and battled testicular cancer.<\/p>\n

Schlossberg, meanwhile, was the granddaughter of Jacqueline and John F. Kennedy<\/strong> and daughter of Caroline Kennedy<\/strong>. She died on Tuesday, December 30, one month after announcing her acute myeloid leukemia diagnosis<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tTatiana Schlossberg \u2014 the daughter of Caroline Kennedy and granddaughter of late U.S. President John F. Kennedy \u2014 died on Tuesday, December 30, following a terminal cancer diagnosis. She was 35. \u201cOur beautiful Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts,\u201d the JFK Library Foundation shared in a statement via Instagram [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

\u201cShe was thirty-five. Not much younger than my late husband, Anthony when he passed away,\u201d Carole\u2019s tribute continued. \u201cThe arithmetic of loss never makes sense to me \u2014 who stays, who goes, and when. Some people are spared and others are not, and there is no moral logic to it. That is the part I still can\u2019t accept.\u201d<\/p>\n

Carole reflected on the Kennedy family\u2019s loss<\/a>, writing, \u201cRemembering the two of them together, it\u2019s impossible not to feel how profoundly unfair it all is \u2014 how brief some lives are allowed to be, and how long the rest of us are left to remember them. My thoughts are with her family today.\u201d<\/p>\n

Carole concluded her message by encouraging fans to donate to the Kennedy Library in Schlossberg\u2019s honor. \u201cNo one from her family has asked for donations but it feels like a sweet thing one can do and I\u2019m sure would be appreciated. Tatiana is survived by her husband, George Moran<\/strong>, and their two children, Edwin and Josephine, as well as siblings Jack<\/strong> and Rose<\/strong>, mom Caroline and dad Edwin Schlossberg<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tLate President John F. Kennedy\u2019s granddaughter Tatiana Schlossberg made an impact after going public with her health battle. Tatiana wrote an essay for The New Yorker in November 2025, revealing that she had been diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia. Doctors estimated that she had one year to live. \u201cI did not \u2014 could not \u2014 [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

While reflecting on her cancer battle<\/a> in a November essay for The New Yorker,<\/em> Tatiana revealed she was diagnosed in May 2024 after giving birth to her daughter. Doctors discovered an imbalance in her white blood cell count, which was believed to be related to her pregnancy, but it was later confirmed to be a \u201crare mutation called Inversion 3.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tatiana was told her illness could not be \u201ccured by a standard course\u201d of treatment.<\/p>\n

\u201cI did not \u2014 could not \u2014 believe that they were talking about me. I had swum a mile in the pool the day before, nine months pregnant. I wasn\u2019t sick. I didn\u2019t feel sick. I was actually one of the healthiest people I knew,\u201d she wrote. \u201cI had a son whom I loved more than anything and a newborn I needed to take care of.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tatiana began a clinical trial of CAR-T-cell therapy in January before learning her cancer was terminal. She noted that her \u201cfirst thought\u201d was about what her kids would remember<\/a> after her death.<\/p>\n
