The pair, who first met at a Golden Globes afterparty in 2016, got engaged in 2019 and welcomed their daughter Daisy Dove<\/a> the following year. The track, which details a difficult breakup, was released back in November alongside an emotional post<\/a>, in which the artist admitted it was difficult for her to share. \u201cThank you for the love on bandaids,\u201d she wrote. \u201cTbh I struggled for months with the idea of putting this song out\u2026 even after all these years it can be scary to be vulnerable\u2026 but hopefully the lyrics of this song resonate with someone going through what I have been through and maybe they won\u2019t feel so alone and will find the strength to keep going like I have.\u201d<\/p>\n
