President Donald Trump<\/strong><\/a> has plenty to say about George Clooney<\/strong><\/a>\u2018s new life as a French citizen.<\/p>\n

\u201cGood News! George and Amal Clooney, two of the worst political prognosticators of all time, have officially become citizens of France which is, sadly, in the midst of a major crime problem because of their absolutely horrendous handling of immigration, much like we had under Sleepy Joe Biden,\u201d Trump, 79, shared via his Truth Social platform on Wednesday, December 31.<\/p>\n

Trump went on to reference a 2024 op-ed written by Clooney, 64, who urged Joe Biden<\/strong> to step down from the presidential race and allow Kamala Harris<\/strong> to run against Trump instead.<\/p>\n

\u201cRemember when Clooney, after the now infamous debate, dumped Joe during a fundraiser, only to go onto the side of another stellar candidate, Jamala(K!), who is now fighting it out with the worst governor in the Country, including Tim Waltz, Gavin Newscum, for who is going to lead the Democrats to their future defeat,\u201d Trump wrote.<\/p>\n

The president further alleged that the Oscar winner \u201cgot more publicity for politics than he did for his very few, and totally mediocre movies,\u201d claiming, \u201cHe wasn\u2019t a movie star at all, he was just an average guy who complained, constantly, about common sense in politics.\u201d<\/p>\n

News broke in late December that George and his wife, Amal Clooney<\/strong>, were granted French citizenship along with their 8-year-old twins<\/a>, Alexander and Ella.<\/p>\n

Just one day before Trump\u2019s Truth Social takedown<\/a>, George opened up about his history with the businessman before his political career began.<\/p>\n
