Still, at one point in the conversation, in a resurfaced clip, things turned to the topic of beauty, and more specifically, what inspired Dolly’s signature looks, which often consist of loud, colorful outfits, voluminous wigs, dramatic makeup, and more.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n “My look came from a country girl’s idea of glam,” Dolly humbly admitted<\/a>. “We didn’t have anything, and I wasn’t a natural beauty like some of you girls are.”<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n As the “Jolene” singer gestured towards Khlo\u00e9, she took a moment to clarify something about her ‘natural beauty.’<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n “Well, this isn’t natural either, baby,” she joked.<\/p>\n \u00a0<\/p>\n “Well, I wasn’t,” responded Dolly. “And I wanted to be pretty more than anything.”<\/p>\n Splash News<\/p>\n The Kardashian family is notorious for their evolving appearances, and many believe that their use of plastic surgery and other cosmetic treatments, along with their fame, has forever made its mark on beauty standards around the world.
