Thank f***ing God because they got me through the worst year of my life,\u201d LaPaglia, 26, shared via TikTok<\/span><\/a> on Tuesday, December 30. \u201cI say that loosely and lightly, but I also mean it. I think a lot of people can agree that 2025 \u2014 regardless of how it looked from the outside looking in \u2014 mental health was a struggle for everyone this year.\u201d<\/p>\n

In the past 12 months, the Special Forces: World\u2019s Toughest Test<\/i><\/span><\/a> alum said she learned some \u201creally important things\u201d that ultimately \u201cchanged my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cI was betrayed by some of the closest people in my life, and it\u2019s a mind f***. Anyone that experiences that knows how much of a mind f*** it is,\u201d she explained without naming names. \u201cWhen some things happen to us, it feels like we need closure or we\u2019re owed closure, and closure is a word I\u2019m just starting to f***ing hate. We feel like we need an apology, we feel like we need a why, we feel like we need an explanation.\u201d<\/p>\n

\n\t\t\tBrianna \u201cChickenfry\u201d LaPaglia learned a lot about her mental strength during and in the wake of her relationship with Zach Bryan. \u201cI think what that taught me about myself is how much, like, adversity I can really withstand and go through,\u201d LaPaglia, 26, said on the Monday, September 29, episode of SiriusXM\u2019s Hits 1. \u201cAnd [\u2026]\t\t<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

According to LaPaglia, those people who did bad things or who may be bad people likely aren\u2019t going to say sorry.<\/p>\n

If they do, \u201cIt is not going to fix. It\u2019s not going to change. It\u2019s not going to put a bandaid on anything, yet we crave it so much. Once I realized this, I knew I was in control of everything.\u201d<\/p>\n

LaPaglia \u2014 who revealed her PCOS diagnosis<\/span><\/a> and also said farewell to her \u201cBFFs\u201d podcast in November \u2014 added that 2026 should be the year you \u201ctake care of you.\u201d<\/p>\n

While the country singer may have found love in 2025, LaPaglia chose to focus on her single era.<\/p>\n

\u201cI realized this year that I use romantic relationships for the past years to fill some sort of void in myself,\u201d she said. \u201cSo what did I do this year? I didn\u2019t even think about having a relationship.\u201d<\/p>\n
