Thanks for taking the time out from your music. Looking back, when did you first start making music? Where did it all begin, and what inspired you?<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cI started making music properly at 12 after being pulled out of a school lesson for my first drumming session. That moment flipped a switch for me. From there it quickly became an obsession\u2014practicing constantly, joining bands, and wanting to understand how songs were made rather than just how to play them. The inspiration early on was simply energy. Music felt like somewhere I could put everything I didn\u2019t know how to say.\u201d<\/p>\n Can you tell us a bit about your latest release, \u2018Welcome to the Club\u2019, and what it means to you?<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cit\u2019s a song about dating and was written after a moment where expectation and reality quietly fell apart. What seemed like the start of something became a lesson in mixed signals. The “club” represents that quiet decision people make when they stop waiting or wanting answers and they choose themselves instead. It\u2019s about recognising when to walk away in person and online, even if it\u2019s uncomfortable.\u201d<\/p>\n Are there any artists, moments, or experiences that influenced you when writing this release?<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cA lot of the influence came from personal experiences rather than specific artists. That said, growing up during the MySpace era of rock definitely shaped my tastes, and I still draw inspiration from bands like Underoath, Alexisonfire, and early Bring Me The Horizon. Their energy, emotion, and rawness showed me how music could carry both intensity and honesty\u2014something I try to bring into my own music.\u201d<\/p>\n What was your songwriting process for the release? How did it all come together?<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThe track came together quite instinctively. It started with a rough idea and an energy I didn\u2019t want to overthink. I tend to build around feel first, then strip things back rather than add more. Lyrically, it was written quickly, which helped keep it honest. Once everything clicked, I focused on keeping it tight and direct rather than overworking it.\u201d<\/p>\n How would you describe the sound of your latest work? Has there been a change or evolution in style since you first began?<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThe sound is heavy, sharp, and emotionally driven. Compared to when I first started, there\u2019s definitely been an evolution\u2014not just musically, but in confidence in how I want to express myself.\u201d<\/p>\n Is there a central message or theme you were trying to convey with “Welcome to the Club”?<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThe central theme of \u2018Welcome to the Club\u2019 is recognising when something isn\u2019t quite for you and letting go completely. It\u2019s okay if things don\u2019t work out; it\u2019s okay for either party to walk away.<\/p>\n Looking ahead, what are your aspirations as an artist? Where do you see yourself in the next few years?<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cMusically, I want to continue refining Tower View\u2019s sound\u2014keeping it raw, direct, and emotionally honest while exploring new ways to write and perform. I\u2019d like to release the debut EP, which should come out early 2026.\u201d<\/p>\n What is next on the horizon? Do you have any new releases or live shows coming up?<\/b><\/p>\n \u201cThe next step is completing and releasing the full debut EP in early 2026, which includes \u2018Welcome to the Club\u2019, \u2018Blood In My Lungs\u2019, and \u2018Collapse\u2019. After that, I\u2019m looking at live shows once the EP is out, so I can bring these songs to an audience in a more immediate and visceral way. Beyond that, I\u2019m always writing and exploring new ideas, so there will definitely be more music coming after the EP.\u201d<\/p>\n Is there anything you would like to say to the audience?
