Cheryl Burke<\/strong><\/a> is addressing speculation about her \u201cnew face.\u201d<\/p>\n The 41-year-old Dancing with the Stars<\/em> alum posted a TikTok video addressing comments about her appearance on recent social media posts, denying several false claims.<\/p>\n \u201cLet\u2019s just address the elephant in the comment section,\u201d she said while removing her makeup in the video. <\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m not on Ozempic. I\u2019m not sick. I didn\u2019t get a face transplant, and no, I didn\u2019t get a brow lift.\u201d<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe level of projection that is happening and that I\u2019m witnessing is wild,\u201d she said, adding that people discuss her online as if she is \u201cnot a person.\u201d<\/p>\n Cheryl<\/strong> added that the \u201cmost disappointing part\u201d is reading comments from people saying they miss the \u201cold\u201d version of her. <\/p>\n \u201cSuite Life of Zack and Cody<\/em>, Cheryl<\/strong>,\u201d she said. \u201cBack in 2006, Dancing with the Stars<\/em> season 2, when I was 21 years old, or three years ago, Cheryl<\/strong>, where I was going through a divorce. I hate to break it to you, but that Cheryl<\/strong> doesn\u2019t exist anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThe assumptions are just exhausting as hell,\u201d she continued. <\/p>\n \u201cThe accusations are completely cruel, and the fact that so many of them are actually coming from women, that\u2019s what is so shocking and hurtful to be quite honest.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cI have been in the public eye since I was 21 years old, my body has changed over the past 20 years, my face has changed because I\u2019ve changed,\u201d she said. \u201cI\u2019ve experienced so much trauma, divorce, and this is by no means a pity party. Soberity, burnout, reinvention, I\u2019ve healed, I\u2019ve lost, I\u2019ve grieved like anybody else.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cAnd yeah, maybe it shows, but I\u2019m not sorry for it, not one bit,\u201d she added. <\/p>\n Cheryl<\/strong> filed for divorce from Matthew Lawrence<\/strong><\/a> in 2022 after nearly three years of marriage.<\/p>\n She added that the \u201cpressure\u201d to prove herself lately has \u201cbeen challenging,\u201d while adding that her \u201chealing\u201d journey hasn\u2019t \u201ccome with the before and after label\u201d people approve of.<\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m still the same person who has advocated for mental health and body image for many years,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n \u201cI just do it differently now than maybe you\u2019re used to. I\u2019m quieter, I have boundaries and more discernment, and frankly, I don\u2019t feel safe the way I used to.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cThere\u2019s a tone now on certain platforms that feels more like a firing squad than an actual community,\u201d she went on.<\/p>\n \u201cThe saddest part of all is the way I\u2019m witnessing women tear down other women while pretending it\u2019s from concern.
