There&#8217;s a chance that Main Street Sports Group, FanDuel Sports&#8217; parent company,<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sportsbusinessjournal.com\/Articles\/2025\/12\/21\/sources-main-street-misses-cardinals-payment-will-shutter-if-it-cannot-sell-to-dazn\/\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" data-ylk=\"slk:could dissolve by then;elm:context_link;itc:0;sec:content-canvas\" class=\"link \"> could dissolve by then<\/a>, per Sports Business Journal&#8217;s Tom Friend.<\/p>\n<p>Advertisement<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Main Street Sports Group has missed a December payment to the St. Louis Cardinals as it continues to pursue a last-ditch sale to DAZN, and sources told SBJ late Saturday that if the DAZN purchase does not close by January, Main Street will wind down and dissolve its business at the end of this year\u2019s NBA and NHL regular seasons,&#8221; he wrote.<\/p>\n<p>DAZN is a British sports broadcasting platform originally founded in 2007 as &#8220;Perform Group&#8221; before rebranding to DAZN in 2015.
