Miley Cyrus<\/a> was celebrated for her Avatar: Fire and Ash song \u201cDream As One\u201d at the Palm Springs Film Awards on Saturday, where she spoke out about a downside of Hollywood\u2019s awards season.<\/p>\n

Taking the stage at the Palm Springs Convention Center, the star shouted out the orchestra playing her song, teasing, \u201cYou guys did amazing \u2014 if you\u2019re available for the Oscars, that\u2019s what we\u2019re hoping for.\u201d She also joked that the night was \u201ctruly the most elegant Palm Springs party that I have ever been to. There are fewer drag queens than I like, but I\u2019ll be stopping by Toucans on the way back to L.A. to get my fix.\u201d<\/p>\n
