Lizzo<\/strong><\/a> is showing off her figure in her first post of 2026.<\/p>\n

In a Saturday, January 3, Instagram carousel, Lizzo, 37, posed for the camera while rocking a white bikini, blue manicure and rings. The swimwear appeared to be the Swim Triangle Bikini Top and Swim Luxe Side Tie Thong Bikini from her brand, Yitti.<\/a><\/p>\n

In another snap, Lizzo (real name Melissa Jefferson) added a colorful boatneck bodysuit from Pucci and a pair of earrings with white sunglasses. She paired the outfit pics with her song \u201cDITTO.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cYITTY & a Pucci fit\u2026 nastyyyyy \ud83d\ude1c,\u201d she captioned the post, which received messages from several celebrities. \u201c\ud83d\ude0d,\u201d Paris Hilton<\/strong> shared, while Sza<\/strong> wrote, \u201cYEAAAAA.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lizzo, who has been candid about her weight loss journey<\/a>, shared in November that she was \u201cdeeply suicidal\u201d before prioritizing her health.<\/p>\n

\u201cI started losing weight in the fall of 2023. I was severely depressed. I had been the subject of vicious scandal, and it felt like the whole world turned its back on me. I became deeply suicidal,\u201d she wrote via Substack. \u201cI cut off all my loved ones.\u201d<\/p>\n

After the \u201cscandal\u201d \u2014 referring to three of her former backup dancers filing a lawsuit against her in 2023 \u2014 Lizzo claimed that she \u201ccouldn\u2019t trust anyone.\u201d (In court documents obtained by Us Weekly<\/em> at the time, the group sued Lizzo for sexual and religious harassment, disability discrimination, creating a hostile work environment and more. She has denied their allegations<\/a>.)<\/p>\n

\u201cI found that I had lost some weight in that process, but it wasn\u2019t as significant as it is now. Because it wasn\u2019t intentional,\u201d she noted, adding that she changed her mindset and saw her weight loss as a pound \u201creleased\u201d and not \u201clost.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cToday I saw a fat joke about me \u2014 in 2025 \u2014 and it was viral. It was a dumb joke and they were just laughing at me because I\u2019m fat,\u201d she wrote. \u201cLet me be a reminder to everyone to NEVER let anyone shame you for what you choose to do with your body. Because when you\u2019re big they talk s***, when you\u2019re small they talk s***. Your body will never be good enough for them because it\u2019s not FOR them. It\u2019s for you.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lizzo continued, \u201cIf I get a BBL mind ur business , if lose 100lbs mind ur business, if I gain every pound back and then some\u2026 mind ur f***ing business. Anyways.. my fat ass stays living with a paid off mortgage in yall bitches heads. \ud83e\udd71.\u201d<\/p>\n
