Comedian Colin Mochrie, best known as one of the stars of the popular improv show \u201cWhose Line Is It Anyway?\u201d has had to postpone several upcoming shows due to a medical emergency. <\/p>\n
In a post made on Friday to Mochrie\u2019s official Instagram account,<\/a> it was announced that Mochrie, 68, \u201chas been diagnosed with a detached retina and will be undergoing emergency eye surgery today.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cHis medical team is optimistic about his full recovery, but he needs time to rest and heal,\u201d the post said. <\/p>\n \u201cWe understand this news is disappointing for those who were looking forward to the performances, and we truly appreciate your understanding,\u201d the post continued. \u201cWe are currently working on rescheduling the shows, and all tickets will be honored for the new dates.
