Henry’s Blueshouse, the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.birminghammail.co.uk\/\" target=\"\" aria-label=\"\" rel=\"follow\" tabindex=\"0\">Birmingham<\/a> club night known for being the spot where Black Sabbath first got their break, is to host a free night of live music from Friday, January 16.<\/p>\n<ol class=\"NumberedList_numbered-list__oytz_ NumberedList_need-to-know__DgNyL\" data-tmdatatrack=\"content-unit\" data-tmdatatrack-type=\"ordered-list\">\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 VljCu\">The event is being organised by Jim Simpson, Black Sabbath’s first manager, the club night will run every Friday from 7pm until 10pm with stallholders staying open until 9pm to serve street food and drinks, including cocktails.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 VljCu\">Ozzy Osbourne, Tony Iommi, Geezer Butler and Bill Ward were collectively called Earth when they first started playing Henry’s Blueshouse at The Crown pub on Station Street.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 VljCu\">The club night has been running since 1968 and bands including Jethro Tull, Status Quo and Thin Lizzy have played it over the years.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 VljCu\">It now runs at Snobs every Tuesday night, with the new West Bromwich night being a Black Country first.<\/li>\n<li class=\"sc-700e1ff3-0 VljCu\">Jim Simpson commented: “We’re thrilled to be extending Henry’s to the Black Country and look forward to seeing music fans join us every Friday.
