Part of SFU was transformed into the set of Lionsgate\u2019s action thriller\u00a0Karoshi, with plenty of film equipment, crew members, and celebrities hard at work.<\/p>\n

Spotted on the set of the corporate thriller with the samurai twist was none other than\u00a0Wicked\u00a0star Cynthia Erivo.<\/p>\n

ATLA\u00a0is a live-action reimagining of the popular Nickelodeon animated series. Several Canadians star in lead roles, including Gordon Cormier as Aang, Kiawentiio as Katara, and Paul Sun Hyung Lee as Uncle Iroh.<\/p>\n

As part of the\u00a0Netflix in Your Neighbourhood<\/a>\u00a0series, the streaming platform has revealed where\u00a0Avatar: The Last Airbender has filmed so far in the Vancouver film area.<\/p>\n

The Vancouver Art Gallery was transformed for the first season of\u00a0Trinity, described as a high-stakes drama about a naval officer who finds herself in a world of intrigue.<\/p>\n

Vancouver is once again playing itself and everywhere else on screen, this time as the backdrop for Apple TV+\u2019s new sports comedy, Stick, starring Owen Wilson.<\/p>\n

Wilson leads the cast alongside Peter Dager and Lilli Kay, with the entire series shot in and around Metro Vancouver.<\/p>\n

Golf courses across Langley, Surrey, and Richmond doubled as key championship venues, while motels and suburban streets fleshed out the show\u2019s small-town American setting, according to Travel Noire.<\/p>\n

Parts of Cloverdale were transformed for the multi-day shoot of Carrie, an Amazon Prime Video series, with several storefronts altered and streets closed.<\/p>\n

The Audacity\u00a0features several recognizable actors like Randall Park, Billy Magnussen, Sarah Goldberg, and Zach Galifianakis. It also features a Vancouver actress named Thailey Roberge.<\/p>\n

The series is being produced by AMC and Jonathan Glatzer, the latter of whom has been behind producing and writing major hit shows like\u00a0Better Call Saul\u00a0and\u00a0Succession.<\/p>\n

Daily Hive was able to confirm independently from residents in the area who received a notice of filming that the shoot is for the third season of\u00a0Mayfair Witches.<\/p>\n

Mayfair Witches\u00a0is a supernatural horror thriller based on a novel called\u00a0Lives of the Mayfair Witches\u00a0by iconic horror writer Anne Rice. Rice is probably best known for\u00a0The Vampire Chronicles, which eventually inspired the \u201990s cult classic\u00a0Interview With the Vampire.<\/p>\n
