Meghan Markle<\/strong> reportedly demanded answers from King Charles III<\/strong> about why she had to follow royal protocol. In a video shared to his YouTube<\/a> channel, royal expert Neil Sean<\/strong> alleged Meghan Markle reached out to King Charles III before she and Prince Harry<\/strong> left The Firm in 2020. “Meghan Markle wants some answers from His Majesty the King. She tried to set up a meeting with him, she sent him a letter and wanted a one-to-one to explain exactly the problems she’s encountered ever since becoming a member of the British monarchy,” he claimed<\/a>.<\/p>\n According to Neil Sean, Meghan Markle pointed to Sarah Ferguson<\/strong> \u2014 who was recently stripped of her titles due to her ties to Jeffrey Epstein<\/strong> \u2014 as someone who could capitalize on her royal ties. “The thing that really riles Meghan is that Fergie pops up on things like the ITV daytime show This Morning<\/em>, Loose Women<\/em> and billing herself as the Duchess of York, selling books and possibly doing adverts all under the royal family,” he said.<\/p>\n “Meghan [Markle] and [Prince] Harry seemingly don’t understand why it’s a different rule for her,” Neil Sean said.<\/p>\n Apart from being restricted from working outside the royal family, Meghan Markle publicly criticized the royal dress code. “It was different several years ago [as a working member of The Firm] when I couldn’t be as vocal, and I had to wear [flesh-tone] pantyhose all the time. Let’s be honest, that was not very myself,” she said during an appearance on the YouTube series The Circuit with Emily Chang<\/a><\/em>. “I hadn’t seen pantyhose since the movies in the ’80s when they came in the little egg. That felt a little bit inauthentic. And that’s a silly example.”<\/p>\n Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, who departed England six years ago for life in California, have since earned deals with Netflix, produced podcasts and tackled numerous other ventures. However, they’ve struggled to achieve success without mentioning the royals. “Personally, I feel that they should fully lean into the Hollywood side of life.
