It’s the one where Jennifer Aniston<\/a> gets candid about her beauty routine.<\/p>\n

The “Friends” alum revealed the surprising reason she doesn’t consider her signature pin-straight blonde locks to be her real hair.<\/p>\n

“I was a natural brunette,” Aniston admitted in a video shared to her Instagram Jan. 6<\/a>, gesturing to her lighter hue. “This is fake.”<\/p>\n

And as for whether she’d ever return to her darker roots? Aniston agreed that she would consider undergoing the transformation. In fact, the 56-year-old recalled previously opting for a brown-colored look similar to that of her longtime bestie Courteney Cox<\/a> for her role as dentist Julia in 2011’s “Horrible Bosses.”<\/p>\n

As Aniston put it when Cox used a lock of her hair to frame her pal’s face, “This is like the “Horrible Bosses” character I played.”<\/p>\n

And the “Scream” actress echoed that the style might be worth revisiting, adding, “You were a badass dentist.”<\/p>\n

Of course, Aniston hasn’t only shared details of her hair care routine over the years. The “Just Go With It” star \u2014 who is dating hypnotherapist Jim Curtis \u2014 has also been honest about all the work that goes into her toned physique.<\/p>\n

\u201cIt\u2019s the 80\/20 approach,\u201d she told Allure<\/a> in an interview published in January 2025. \u201cEighty percent healthy living and then 20 percent is: Go have a martini, go have your pizza and burgers and stay up late with your friends. There’s a balance.\u201d<\/p>\n

And while she noted that she tries to work out “a minimum of four times a week,” Aniston also emphasized that staying healthy doesn’t just mean hitting the gym.<\/p>\n

\u201cI meditate in the morning,\u201d she explained. \u201cI stretch before bed. I’ve been really trying to work on my sleep hygiene.\u201d<\/p>\n

Indeed, sleep is of the utmost importance for the actress. As she explained, \u201cI’ve been trying hard to put myself in bed during the week at 10 p.m. \u2014 turn everything off and then just sit there and let the world come crashing in.\u201d<\/p>\n
