Online<\/a><\/em>.<\/p>\n Mandy Moore<\/a> is expressing her feelings about saying goodbye to a chapter of her motherhood journey.<\/span><\/p>\n The “This Is Us” alum shared she will likely not be pregnant again after welcoming children <\/span>Gus Harrison, 4, <\/span>Ozzie Bennett, 3, and <\/span>Louise Everett, 16 months, with husband <\/span>Taylor Goldsmith, detailing what it\u2019s been like contending with this realization. <\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI\u2019m at the OBGYN getting a check up,\u201d Moore wrote in a Jan. 5 <\/span>Instagram<\/span><\/a> Story. \u201cI am endlessly grateful for my beautiful family AND there’s a certain sadness knowing I’m done having babies and won’t be pregnant again.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n The 41-year-old also asked her followers if there were \u201cany other moms feel this way?\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n This past year Moore<\/span> shared how excited she was to be celebrating her first Mother\u2019s Day as a mom of three.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cBeing a mom is the single greatest gift of my life,\u201d she wrote in a May Instagram post, \u201cand while you\u2019re never off the clock worrying or stressing or planning, the quiet, unmistakable joy triumphs over everything else.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n READ: <\/b>Mandy Moore acknowledges ‘difficult year’ in Thanksgiving post after losing home in LA fires<\/a><\/p>\n The “Tangled” actress also thanked the mothers in her life, writing they, \u201cmodel what it takes, lend an ear, make the best suggestions, and generally make me feel less alone on the journey.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n And the journey has been an interesting one for Moore<\/span>, who shared what it was like for her having daughter Louise slightly later in life.<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cI feel like having my third child at 40, this term ‘geriatric pregnancy’ that’s thrown around,\u201d she explained on <\/span>Kylie Kelce\u2019s “<\/span>Not Gonna Lie<\/span><\/a>” podcast in June. \u201cI think at least in my experience, so many of my friends are having kids later in life, whether it’s by choice or it’s by circumstance or biology.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n \u201cThe thing that I had the most trouble with is just this system in general kind of treating us as this anomaly that we’re too old,\u201d Moore<\/span> continued, \u201cand we’re too complicated or high risk, and really, it’s like, ‘Nope, we’re just human beings.'”<\/span><\/p>\n \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tMandy Moore is giving fans an update after her 2-year-old son faced a startling health scare.
