Former NFL player Matt Kalil is suing his model ex-wife for invasion of privacy after her graphic comments about the size of his penis went viral.<\/p>\n

The former Sports Illustrated<\/a> model Haley Kalil, who goes by haleyybaylee<\/a> on social media, spoke about Kalil\u2019s manhood during a Twitch livestream<\/a> in November. Baylee compared Kalil\u2019s penis to \u201ctwo Coke cans on top of each other, maybe even a third.\u201d <\/p>\n

Baylee also said his endowment was \u201cthe biggest factor\u201d in their 2022 divorce due to their intimacy issues. \u201cHe\u2019s like .01 percent of the population… We\u2019ve tried, impossible unless you\u2019re going to be in tears-type s—.\u201d<\/p>\n

Additionally, Baylee said that sexual intercourse with the former Minnesota Vikings<\/a> offensive tackle would leave her \u201cin tears.\u201d<\/p>\n

In court documents obtained by TMZ<\/a>, Kalil claimed that Baylee made \u201cdegrading and deeply personal comments\u201d that subjected him to \u201cunwanted attention and invasive commentary from the public.\u201d<\/p>\n

The lawsuit further alleges that Baylee disclosed \u201chighly intimate and private facts regarding Plaintiff\u2019s physical person and sexual life.\u201d <\/p>\n

Kalil also cited unjust enrichment, claiming Baylee \u201creceived substantial financial benefit, increased viewership, increased engagement, and monetization through various social media platforms and media coverage.\u201d Baylee has over 9 million followers on Instagram and 16 million on TikTok.<\/p>\n

Kalil is requesting a jury trial and damages \u201con all causes asserted in the complaint,\u201d with the amount exceeding $75,000.<\/p>\n

Kalil and Baylee began dating in 2012 when Matt was drafted. They married in 2015 and were together until Baylee filed for divorce in May 2022, citing \u201cirreconcilable differences.\u201d<\/p>\n

Kalil played in the NFL for 7 seasons, from 2012 to 2019, primarily as a left tackle for the Vikings (2012-2016), the Carolina Panthers (2017-2018), and the Houston Texans (2019). He started his career as a Pro Bowl rookie after being a first-round pick in 2012.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
