Bruno Mars\u2019 long-awaited fourth album is on the way, with new music coming in just days. On Wednesday, the crooner announced on social media that his new album \u201cThe Romantic\u201d will be dropping on Feb. 27, and a new song is expected on Jan. 9.<\/p>\n
The \u201cUptown Funk\u201d singer\u2019s last solo album was 2016\u2019s \u201c24K Magic.\u201d In 2021, he released the album \u201cAn Evening with Silk Sonic\u201d as one-half of the duo Silk Sonic, with artist Anderson .Paak.<\/p>\n <\/a> Instagram: Bruno Mars<\/p>\n<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n \u201cThe new project comes in the wake of\u00a0Mars\u2019 continued chart success, with recent singles including the GRAMMY award-winning \u2018Die With A Smile\u2019 with Lady Gaga, which became the fastest song in Spotify history to reach 1 billion streams and topped the Billboard Global 200 Chart for a record-tying 18 weeks, as well as the pervasive \u2018APT.\u2019 with ROS\u00c9\u2014the latter of which was just crowned the most globally streamed song of 2025 by Apple Music, and scored 19 weeks at number one on the Billboard Global Excl. U.S. Chart and 12 weeks at number one on the Billboard Global 200 Chart,\u201d a media release explained. \u201cBeyond its massive global chart achievements, \u2018APT.\u2019 also won song of the year at the 2025 MTV Video Music Awards, and earned three nominations at this year\u2019s 68th Annual GRAMMY Awards for song of the year, record of the year, and best pop duo\/group performance.\u201d<\/p>\n Less than 24 hours later, Mars revealed<\/a> he\u2019s hitting the road and going on tour as well.
