Disney<\/a> Co. has promoted Jimmy Zasowski to president of platform distribution for Disney Entertainment and ESPN.<\/p>\n\n\tIn his new role the executive will lead distribution and monetization for Disney\u2019s streaming platforms like Disney+, Hulu and ESPN, and its linear TV networks, including ABC. He will report jointly to Disney Entertainment co-chairmen Alan Bergman and Dana Walden and ESPN chairman Jimmy Pitaro.<\/p>\n

\n\tZasowski was most recently executive VP of platform distribution strategy, and first joined the company in 2009.<\/p>\n
\n\tThe company also said that Sean Breen, who serves as executive VP of platform distribution sales for all global accounts and the North American business, will assume an expanded role with the EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions\u00a0moving forward.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
