\n\tDisney<\/a> exec Jimmy Zasowski<\/a> has been promoted to president of platform distribution for the Disney Entertainment and ESPN<\/a> brands.<\/p>\n \n\tZasowski, who first joined Disney in 2009, most recently served as executive vice president of platform distribution strategy. In his elevated role, Zasowski will lead global distribution across Disney\u2019s entertainment and sports media businesses.<\/p>\n \n\tAdditionally, Disney leadership has expanded the role of Sean Breen, who currently serves as executive vice president of platform distribution sales for all global accounts and the North American business, to now include the EMEA, LATAM and APAC regions.<\/p>\n \n\tPer Disney, \u201cZasowski will lead the distribution and monetization of Disney\u2019s direct-to-consumer streaming services (Disney+, Hulu, ESPN), Disney\u2019s linear portfolio including the eight ABC-owned television stations, ABC\u2019s broadcast affiliations, and film and television programming across home entertainment and content licensing.
