Prince Harry<\/a> may be slowly mending ties with his royal family, but it still seems unlikely that the Duke of Sussex will reunite with father King Charles III during his next visit to the United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Harry is set to visit the U.K. later this month amid his ongoing legal case against Associated Newspapers (ANL). But a source told Page Six<\/a> that the exact dates are not set, and regardless, the timing of the prince\u2019a stay will be \u201cvery tight,\u201d which would make planning any family meetups \u201cextremely difficult.\u201d<\/p>\n

Another insider told the outlet (as well as other outlets<\/a>) that Charles will likely be in Scotland when his youngest son arrives in London. And a separate source told People<\/em><\/a> that the monarch tries to avoid active legal cases\u2014and therefore may end up avoiding his son.<\/p>\n

Harry\u2019s relationship with his dad and brother Prince William became strained when Harry left his position as a senior royal in 2020 and moved to California with wife Duchess Meghan<\/a>. Things only got worse when Harry and Meghan released a Netflix docuseries<\/a> detailing their experiences as working royals, and when Harry released his tell-all memoir, Spare<\/a><\/em>, in which he wrote that his father and brother had always made him feel lesser than.<\/p>\n

However, Harry has made efforts to repair their relationship since, and reunited with his father<\/a> most recently in September 2025, for the first time in 18 months.<\/p>\n

Prior to that, the last time the two had seen each other was in February 2024, when Harry flew to England to visit Charles<\/a> after Buckingham Palace revealed the king had been diagnosed<\/a> with a form of cancer<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
