\t\t<\/p>\n Jennifer Lawrence<\/strong><\/a> is explaining why she hasn\u2019t been spotted with her dog Princess Pippi Longstocking<\/strong> in a long time.<\/p>\n The Oscar-winning actress rehomed her beloved pet and the dog now lives with her parents instead.<\/p>\n Keep reading to find out more\u2026<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n Jennifer <\/strong>adopted Pippi <\/strong>in 2017 and made the decision to rehome her after an incident involving one of her kids.<\/p>\n \u201cShe\u2019s alive, she\u2019s with my parents,\u201d Jennifer <\/strong>said during a recent Q&A (via E! News<\/a>). \u201cShe did not like New York. I lived on 1st and 67th just to be near the park for her. After I had a kid, dogs became so scary.\u201d <\/p>\n Jennifer<\/strong> talked about the incident with her son and a dog, but it\u2019s unclear if the incident happened with Pippi <\/strong>or another dog.<\/p>\n \u201cMy son\u2019s going up to it and it\u2019s almost like I don\u2019t recognize dogs right now,\u201d Jennifer said. \u201cI just see them as a threat. One of them bit my son and that just made me want to obliterate every dog ever.\u201d<\/p>\n Jennifer<\/strong> and her husband Cooke Maroney<\/strong><\/a> are parents to three-year-old Cy <\/strong>and another child born in 2024.
