Kate Hudson has been making quite a grand comeback. She has returned to the Oscar race after a very long time, and she is also up for best actress awards at the Golden Globes and many other renowned award ceremonies.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Fans have been very excited for the \u201cSong Sung Blue\u201d actress. However, it seems like Mike and Claire Sardina\u2019s son, Mike Jr., has a very different opinion about the biopic, directed by Craig Brewer, and he seems to be waving a serious red flag about the same.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kate Hudson responds to Mike and Claire Sardina\u2019s son\u2019s claims<\/h2>\n

Mike Jr. has been very vocal about his issues with how \u201cSong Sung Blue\u201d was actually made, in an interview with the Daily Mail<\/a>. He strongly feels that the creators should have gotten in touch with him to learn more about his parents and their lives as they were working hard to prepare for the biopic, even if they weren\u2019t actually obligated to do so.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In fact, Mike Jr. also discussed how, despite being paid to be a consultant, his entire existence was removed from the movie, unlike that of the other Sardina children. He explained, \u201cEvery interview that those monsters have been on national television doesn\u2019t even mention my existence at all, even though I was the most prevalent force in my father\u2019s life, even when I wasn\u2019t in Wisconsin, because I\u2019m his only son.\u201d\u00a0<\/p>\n

Kate Hudson has been very actively responding to these claims. She even talked to The Hollywood Reporter<\/a> about how dedicated she has been to fit into this role. However,\u00a0 she refused to get into details about the movie\u2019s background. She elaborated, \u201cHonestly, I don\u2019t even know \u2013 out of respect for our filmmakers, I\u2019m not the right person to speak to it.\u201d<\/p>\n

She even clarified that she got in touch with the real-life Claire to ensure she was properly prepared for this major responsibility. She was also thankful to have gotten this opportunity. She explained, \u201cI\u2019m so happy that I got to know Claire, who\u2019s such a wonderful woman, and she\u2019s so happy with the movie.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
