The 81-year-old completed 212 official events, while the future king of England attended 202. <\/div>\n \t\t\t\t\tPrince Richard made appearances at national and international events\u00a0to support King Charles III<\/strong>. Many of the engagements were related to architecture and conservation. <\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\tDespite his ongoing cancer battle, King Charles III ranked as the busiest member of The Firm this year with 532 engagements. Princess Anne<\/strong> came in second with 478 appearances.\u00a0Prince Edward<\/strong> \u2014 who is the eldest member of the royal family at 90 \u2014 clocked in third with 313. Sophie, the Duchess of Edinburgh<\/strong>,\u00a0came in fourth place with 235 engagements,\u00a0Queen Camilla<\/strong>\u00a0scored fifth place with 228. Prince Richard came in sixth and Prince William nabbed seventh place. <\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\tFollowing Kate Middleton<\/strong>‘s return to work after announcing her remission from cancer, she banked 68 engagements for the year. <\/p>\n \t\t\t\t\tDuring a visit to Colchester Hospital in July, Kate Middleton opened up about resuming her royal duties. “You put on a sort of brave face, stoicism through treatment.
