Local law enforcement confirmed he remains in the county jail and is also facing a charge of resisting arrest, as well as two counts of resisting arrest, search or transportation. <\/p>\n

The former Disney child actor\u2019s arrest reportedly stems from a violation of bond conditions tied to a May 2024 arrest<\/a> in which\u00a0Prokop\u00a0was charged with aggravated assault and resisting arrest, according to local outlet\u00a0Crossroads Today<\/a>.<\/p>\n

At this time, it remains unclear when he will appear in court.\u00a0<\/p>\n

Prokop, 35, didn\u2019t immediately respond to Page Six\u2019s request for comment. <\/p>\n

Prokop\u2019s arrest follows allegations of abuse from his ex-girlfriend, \u201cModern Family\u201d star Sarah Hyland, who accused him of verbal and physical abuse<\/a> during their five-year relationship. <\/p>\n

In May 2014, she claimed that he slammed her into a vehicle and choked her during an argument<\/a>, according to court filings obtained by Page Six. <\/p>\n

After Hyland and Prokop split, he allegedly threatened to kill her dog and burn down her house.<\/p>\n
