Prince Harry\u2019s<\/a> ex has broken her silence today after news emerged that she was arrested<\/a> in Spain on Sunday. Reality TV star Catherine Ommanney, who had a fling with Prince Harry when he was 21,<\/a> and was arrested for allegedly leaving a hotel in Majorca without paying a bill.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The 53-year-old was arrested on suspicion of fraud after a hotel manager at the Playas del Rey Hotel in Santa Ponsa claimed she had not settled her \u20ac500 (\u00a3434) bill for a nine-day stay. Catherine appeared in court yesterday in Palma and was released on bail pending the outcome of an ongoing investigation.<\/p>\n

However, Catherine has now broken her silence and claimed she had paid the bill, and the hotel made a \u201ctechnical error\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

She told journalist Gerard Couzens on Monday: \u201cIt\u2019s all bull****. The bill was paid.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have proof the bill was paid in full. It was a technical error on the hotel\u2019s behalf, and I will be seeking an apology through the justice system.\u201d<\/p>\n

It has not yet been confirmed whether the investigation following Catherine\u2019s arrest has been dropped.<\/p>\n

While Catherine never officially became Prince Harry<\/a>\u2019s girlfriend, she did have a brief fling with him in 2006<\/a> after the pair met at a bar. This was revealed by Catherine in 2022.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Harry was 21 at the time of the fling<\/a>, while Catherine was 34.<\/p>\n

She told The Sun on Sunday that Harry “was very sure of himself” and was a “great kisser”.<\/p>\n

She also said: “I do believe he enjoyed my company because I\u2019m a little bit older and wiser<\/a> and not like the 20-year-olds or whatever he had been hanging out with.<\/p>\n

\u201cI had the patience to listen to what he said and give him some advice on life. Harry was surrounded by young women that would throw themselves at him and I think he was searching for something deeper and more meaningful with someone wiser.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
