This announcement follows the planned $124 million, multi-phase investment by <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shreveporttimes.com\/story\/news\/local\/2025\/11\/17\/did-50-cent-buy-a-new-property-in-downtown-shreveport\/87317565007\/\">G-Unit Film and Television, LLC (G-Unit)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<partner-banner util-module-path=\"elements\/partner\" class=\"spacer-large\" min-height=\"600\" fluid=\"\" outstream=\"\" momentum=\"\"\/>\n<p>As of Jan. 12, the <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shreveporttimes.com\/story\/news\/local\/2025\/10\/01\/50-cent-responds-to-economic-development-district-approval-in-shreveport\/86414265007\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.shreveporttimes.com\/story\/news\/local\/2025\/10\/01\/50-cent-responds-to-economic-development-district-approval-in-shreveport\/86414265007\/\">Louisiana Economic Development (LED)<\/a> had entered into a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement to provide up to $50 million in performance-based funding for eligible infrastructure and modernization improvements for the multi-phase investment by <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.shreveporttimes.com\/story\/news\/local\/2025\/11\/04\/did-50-cent-buy-another-downtown-shreveport-building\/87078087007\/\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.shreveporttimes.com\/story\/news\/local\/2025\/11\/04\/did-50-cent-buy-another-downtown-shreveport-building\/87078087007\/\">G-Unit<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>According to LED, the agreement ensures that state support is tied to economic impact, local business engagement and delivery of infrastructure improvements.<\/p>\n<p>This planned investment will develop three entertainment industry-related venues in Northwest Louisiana \u2014 including the former Stageworks facility, former Millennium Studios campus and G-Dome.<\/p>\n<partner-banner util-module-path=\"elements\/partner\" fluid=\"\" bottom=\"\" lazy=\"\" class=\"spacer-large\" min-height=\"390\" outstream=\"\"\/>\n<p>\u201cNorth Louisiana is on the rise, and we\u2019re thrilled to welcome yet another project that sees the strength, talent and potential of this region,&#8221; Gov.
