After Elon Musk made an unexpected announcement about his 13th child, many are taking to social media forums to point out the same thing.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Ashley St. Clair has previously claimed in an interview<\/a> that her and Musk’s alleged relationship began after he ‘slid’ into her DMs.<\/p>\n

Court documents claim the SpaceX founder and the influencer-turned-author began a ‘romantic relationship in or about May 2023’.<\/p>\n

This led to the alleged conception of the pair’s son, who was born in September 2024.<\/p>\n

Musk<\/a> claimed that he didn’t know if the baby was actually his when St. Clair went public, with the former right-wing activist stating she’d requested he take a paternity test to confirm if her son was his or not, but he allegedly refused.<\/p>\n

The Wall Street Journal later detailed receipts between St. Clair and Musk,<\/a> which included a paternity test result showing there was a ‘99.9999%’ chance that Musk is the father.<\/p>\n

While the Twitter owner is yet to confirm he is the baby’s father, he recently pledged to get full custody<\/a> of the one-year-old.<\/p>\n

“I will be filing for full custody today, given her statements implying she might transition a one-year-old boy,” the tech mogul said.<\/p>\n

Despite Musk’s claim, St. Clair has never stated she is planning on ‘transitioning’ their young son, which many people are pointing out online.<\/p>\n

“Where does she say she is thinking about ‘transitioning a one-year-old?’,” one person asked. A second pointed out: “I don’t think it was a real threat. I can’t see Elon wanting to actually go to court and plead his case nor having to do any of the actual work that comes with custody.”<\/p>\n

While a third remarked: “Beyond parody.”<\/p>\n

St. Clair has recently expressed her regrets about previous comments she’d made regarding the trans<\/a> community.<\/p>\n

Someone tweeted her: “You\u2019ve previously engaged in blatant transphobia, how do you feel about trans people in the wake of noticing how the far right truly is?”<\/p>\n

St. Clair responded to the question, stating: “I feel immense guilt for my role. And even more guilt that things I have said in the past may have caused my son\u2019s sister more pain. Idrk how to make amends for many of these things, but I have been trying incredibly hard privately to learn + advocate for those within the trans community that I\u2019ve hurt.”<\/p>\n
