Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow’s son, Moses Martin, is stepping into the spotlight.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The 19-year-old has formed an alt-rock band called People I’ve Met.\u00a0Andrew Suster and Orlando Wiltshire are also members.\u00a0<\/p>\n
People I’ve Met is already making waves in the music industry. They released their\u00a0debut single, ‘Promise’, in December.\u00a0<\/p>\n
The alt-rock band is signed with Interscope Records. Their new song\u00a0has received positive feedback from music critics. Social media users have also praised the “talented” band.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“I like it! I love discovering new bands and their music when they are fresh out of the ‘garage’,” one person wrote on YouTube.<\/p>\n
Another YouTuber wrote, “In a world dominated by rap music, TikTok trends and viral stuff, it\u2019s good to see young guys with real talent actually creating something that has value. Please keep reminding us what music should sound and feel like. Thank you for this experience. Can\u2019t wait to hear your next steps!”<\/p>\n
Many also believe that Moses sounds like a younger version of his famous father.\u00a0<\/p>\n
“I’m a huge fan of Coldplay and especially Chris Martin, so I’m interested to see how his son will craft his own path. He really does sound like a Young Chris Martin,” one person said.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Moses has big shoes to follow. His father’s band\u00a0Coldplay has achieved worldwide success.\u00a0Coldplay has won seven Grammys and, twenty years after their inception, continues to dominate the charts.<\/p>\n
Their latest tour, Music of the Spheres, grossed over $400 million in 2025.\u00a0Moses, however, appears to be forging his own path with his own music style.\u00a0<\/p>\n
