The figures reflect net revenues from Dutch music activities abroad, including salaries, profits and taxes. Live performances accounted for by far the largest share, generating \u20ac197.1 million. As in previous years, electronic music dominated, with dance artists together earning \u20ac165.6 million overseas.<\/p>\n
Buma Cultuur director Frank Helmink said the growing export value was down to the continued strength of Dutch music. He said he expects international revenues to continue rising as Dutch composers and producers are increasingly asked to co-write music with local acts around the world.<\/p>\n
Dance exports accounted for 69% of the total. As in 2024, DJ Franky Rizardo<\/span><\/span> topped the list, with 130 international performances.
