Veteran TV writer and producer Don Reo<\/a>, whose lengthy career includes everything from \u201cMash<\/a>\u201d and \u201cThe Golden Girls<\/a>\u201d to \u201cBlossom<\/a>,\u201d \u201cMy Wife & Kids<\/a>\u201d and \u201cTwo and a Half Men<\/a>,\u201d will receive this year\u2019s Paddy Chayefsky Laurel Award for Television Writing Achievement at the Writers Guild Awards. The honor, presented by the Writers Guild of America West, is given to a member who has \u201cadvanced the literature of television and made outstanding contributions to the profession of the television writer.\u201d<\/p>\n
