Zach Bryan<\/a><\/strong> is a songwriting machine.<\/p>\n The country music superstar released his sixth studio album,\u00a0With Heaven On Top<\/em><\/a><\/strong>, just last Friday. The 25-song track list has had mixed reviews so far, with some fans liking the Bruce Springsteen-inspired sound on much of the project, while others aren\u2019t a fan of how produced this album sounds compared to Bryan\u2019s past releases (Zach went ahead and put together\u00a0an acoustic version of the album<\/a><\/strong> like he knew those complaints would be coming).<\/p>\n There\u2019s plenty of songs\u00a0 in the track list that are worthy of deep dives, like \u201cSkin,\u201d which seems to be a straight shot at his ex-girlfriend, Brianna Chickenfry. Or the one that many were waiting for months to hear in full: the politically charged \u201cBad News.\u201d<\/a><\/strong> But before anyone could really digest those, or the album as a whole, Zach Bryan is already sharing new music.<\/p>\n The recently married 29-year-old took to YouTube to share an unreleased, full-length song that\u2019s titled \u201cPocket Change.\u201d Bryan has famously been known to post teasers to social media (he\u2019s known even more famously for deleting them shortly after), so this isn\u2019t a total surprise. But this one comes not even a full week since he released With Heaven On Top<\/em>\u2026 which does seem a little odd, does it not? Don\u2019t you want to give your already-released music some time to shine?<\/p>\n That being said, not one of his fans are complaining.<\/p>\n The lyrics of the song seem to tell the story of a couple who didn\u2019t work out because the man refused to change his ways. Zach has made himself comfortable within the relationship-gone-wrong genre of songwriting, and \u201cPocket Change\u201d certainly fits into that category.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s the portion of the song that inspired the track\u2019s title:<\/p>\n \u201cThis towns always gonna be the same what it was before<\/em> I do wonder if \u201cPocket Change\u201d was in the running to be included in With Heaven On Top, or if he just wrote it recently and decided to share it with the world?
