ASAP Rocky<\/a>\u2019s Don\u2019t Be Dumb<\/em><\/a>, the long-awaited follow-up to Testing<\/em><\/a> that he once joked was \u201cnever dropping<\/a>,\u201d has indeed dropped.<\/p>\n The 17-track album, featuring cover art by Edward Scissorhands<\/em> and Batman Returns<\/em> filmmaker Tim Burton<\/a>, comes nearly eight years after its predecessor. This, however, should in no way suggest that Rocky hasn\u2019t been blisteringly busy in the interim. <\/p>\n In 2025 alone, he appeared in not one but two well-reviewed films (Spike Lee\u2019s Highest 2 Lowest<\/a> <\/em>and Mary Bronstein\u2019s If I Had Legs I\u2019d Kick You<\/a><\/em>), all while intermittently providing updates on the status of the album itself.<\/p>\n There have been some major changes in Rocky\u2019s personal life, as well. Over the past four years, he and Rihanna<\/a> have welcomed three children together, including daughter Rocki Irish. Asked in October by Complex<\/em>\u2019s Mike DeStefano to name his \u201cfavorite thing\u201d he created in 2025, Rocky shouted out his and Rihanna\u2019s newborn<\/a>.<\/p>\n Don\u2019t Be Dumb<\/em>, previously known (albeit briefly) under the title All Smiles<\/em>, was originally expected to be released much earlier. In a previous interview with Complex<\/em>, Rocky highlighted pesky leakers as a contributing factor in its delay, calling those behind such practices \u201cdummies<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n Dummies be damned, Don\u2019t Be Dumb<\/em> is finally here. Among those making guest appearances are Tyler, The Creator<\/a>; Danny Elfman; Doechii; Thundercat; and Gorillaz.<\/p>\n \u201cThanks to every creative and musician who helped me with this masterpiece,\u201d Rocky told fans<\/a> in December when sharing album cover variants to X and Instagram.<\/p>\n Listen to the new album now on Apple Music, Spotify, Tidal, etc.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
