added.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEverything I\u2019ve done over the last 10 months has been about my kids and becoming the best father I can be for them,\u201d Lochte continued. \u201cThat meant doing the work \u2014 going to rehab, rededicating my life to Christ, going to therapy and making changes that put my children first.\u201d<\/p>\n<figure class=\"nyp-slideshow-modal-image wp-block-image aligncenter #moveinday,\u201d Lochte captioned the snaps. <\/p>\n<p>The pair have been <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/07\/07\/celebrity-news\/ryan-lochte-goes-instagram-official-with-new-woman-amid-divorce-from-kayla-rae-reid\/\">romantically linked since July<\/a> after Lochte <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DLyQCDUM89s\/?hl=en&amp;img_index=5\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted a picture<\/a> of them hugging on one month after Reid, 33, announced their split in a <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/DKfKBmsM-0R\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lengthy Instagram post<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI made the hard decision to end my marriage after deep prayer and reflection,\u201d she began.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI hold marriage in the highest regard, so this has been one of the most painful, revealing, and challenging seasons of my life,\u201d Reid continued, explaining she took time to address the split so it could come \u201cfrom a place of healing \u2014 not from \u201cin uncharted territory.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>She filed for divorce on March 26, according to court documents obtained by Page Six.<\/p>\n<p>Since going public with their split, Reid has <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2025\/06\/30\/celebrity-news\/ryan-lochtes-estranged-wife-kayla-rae-reid-hints-at-betrayal-amid-divorce-six-figure-financial-woes\/\">hinted at a\u00a0\u201cbetrayal\u201d<\/a>\u00a0in their marriage and also accused Lochte of inhaling nitrous oxide in front of one of their kids.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cShared parental responsibility would be
