The development is part of a 235-acre planned community in Fayetteville that includes housing, shopping, and recreation.<\/p>\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><figcaption><span class=\"image-credit\"><span class=\"credit-label-wrapper\">Credit:<\/span> Trilith<\/span><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The grand opening of Trilith Live will start with the district\u2019s first entertainment season. The Trilith Live campus includes a nine-screen movie theater, a new performance venue, a massive community plaza, and a church.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-the-box\">The Box<\/h3>\n<p>The plaza is a 51,000-square-foot space open to the public and designed for outdoor events such as festivals. Indoor events will be hosted at The Box, a new venue for concerts, conventions, and banquets that can hold up to 2,800 people.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"scaip scaip-1    \">\n\t\t<\/aside>\n<p>Matt McClain is the executive director of Trilith Live. He said they designed The Box to make amenities easily accessible to guests.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe have tons of restroom facilities, tons of concession facilities to hopefully help that guests have a very short wait or no wait in lines, so we\u2019re really excited about that,\u201d McClain said.<\/p>\n<p>The facility first broke ground in January 2023 and work wrapped up in December 2025. The campus is expected to have a major economic impact on the area.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"scaip scaip-2    \">\n\t\t<\/aside>\n<p>McClain said the are has already seen a sample of how much business live shows will bring with the tours that visited the area in 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u201cJust at the local Trilith Guest House hotel here we did over 3,300 hotel room nights in 2025,\u201d he said. \u201cThat was just a small snippet of what Trilith Live is going to bring to the table from an economic standpoint. Hundreds of jobs [were] created with this venue as we just wrapped up some part-time hiring and some full-time hiring as we get ready to really open up our venue to the public.\u201d<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-first-show\">First show<\/h3>\n<p>The first show at The Box will be the Gabby\u2019s Dollhouse national tour.
