Jill Scott shares how Tyler Perry made her feel uncomfortable on set<\/p><\/div>\n

American actress Jill Scott has revealed she did not have a good time filming 2007 movie Why Did I Get Married?<\/i> with Tyler Perry.<\/p>\n

The actress stars as Sheila Jackson in the movie who is a woman struggling with obesity, and being horribly mistreated by her husband Mike.<\/p>\n

For the role, Jill had to wear a fatsuit and realised her castmates were talking negatively about her character.<\/p>\n

Speaking on Angie Martinez\u2019s podcast, Jill admitted she \u201chated\u201d shooting it.<\/p>\n

\u201cThey were just going back and forth, making jokes about Sheila\u2019s weight,\u201d she recalled.<\/p>\n

Jill recalled filming the plane scene which specifically made her feel deeply uncomfortable.<\/p>\n

\u201cI decided that I am not fat, but I have some. And it made me feel better, and that\u2019s how I decided to move through my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

The actress revealed that she shared her concerns with Tyler and told him straight up that she hated it.<\/p>\n

\u201cSorry Tyler, I hated that sh*t\u2026sincerely hated that. They were just going at it\u201d, Jill recalled.<\/p>\n

The 53-year-old added that the only person who was \u201ccool\u201d on set was her costar Richard T. Jones, who played her husband on screen.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
