Jenner, perhaps, put it best when she declared \u201cyou just had to be there,\u201d<\/a> reminiscing on the days of King Kylie<\/a> and the origins of Kylie Cosmetics<\/a>.<\/p>\n

But Duchess Meghan<\/a> put her own softer spin on the trend, taking the opportunity to share a sweet tribute to Prince Harry<\/a> and the year they fell in love. <\/p>\n

\u201cWhen 2026 feels just like 2016,\u201d she captioned a two-swipe post, which started off with a sweet video taken by her own daughter, Princess Lilibet<\/a>. In the intimate black-and-white clip, Meghan and Harry were captured dancing outside, performing a routine full of spins and dips for their four-year-old child and looking as in love as ever.<\/p>\n

The second photo, unearthed from a whole decade ago, took things back to where that love began. The image, which sees the couple hugging while wading in water, was taken during their 2016 trip to Botswana<\/a>\u2014a five-day camping adventure that served as the royals\u2019 third date. <\/p>\n

Years later, in his 2023 memoir Spare<\/a><\/em>, the prince revealed just how pivotal that week was for his relationship with Meghan, detailing how they were able to get to know one another away from the public eye. The duchess\u2019 engagement ring<\/a> even included a diamond from Botswana<\/a>, referencing the importance of their early trip together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
