Billboard reported<\/b> <\/a>that Morris joined Siouxsie and the Banshees in 1977 as the band\u2019s original full-time drummer. The outlet said that Morris saw the band perform the previous year with Sid Vicious on drums.<\/p>\n\u201cWhen I turned up for the audition, there was some drum kit there, and I was fiddling around trying to figure out how to even set the thing up when Nils Stevenson, the Banshees manager, came up to me, \u2018You\u2019re supposed to be a (expletive) drummer, aren\u2019t ya?\u2019\u201d Morris said.
