Reps for Pacino and Alfallah did not immediately return Page Six\u2019s requests for comment.<\/p>\n<p>The sighting comes several months after Alfallah \u2014 who <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/pagesix.com\/2023\/06\/15\/al-pacino-girlfriend-noor-alfallah-welcome-first-baby-together\/\">welcomed their son Roman<\/a> in June 2023 \u2014 <a rel=\"nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/nypost.com\/2025\/10\/22\/entertainment\/noor-alfallah-31-gives-update-on-al-pacino-85-relationship-after-welcoming-son\/\">gave a cryptic update<\/a> on her relationship with the \u201cGodfather\u201d star. <\/p>\n<p>When a TMZ\u00a0photographer asked Alfallah how baby Roman was doing, she responded, \u201cHe\u2019s 2 now. Getting big!\u201d <\/p>\n<p>The photographer then asked \u201cWhat\u2019s going on there? Are you guys back together?
