The Fox\u2019s Fifi, Fev & Nick<\/a> show this morning. <\/p>\nCo-host Fifi Box kicked off the program by giving Fev a good grilling: \u201cFev, didn\u2019t you keep a very big secret for us!\u201d she said of his eldest daughter joining the reality TV show. <\/p>\n
\u201cI did, I had to! Mia, my eldest daughter, is in the cast of I\u2019m A Celebrity,<\/i>\u201d he confirmed proudly before revealing his hilarious three-word response to Mia\u2019s question about joining the cast.<\/p>\n
\u201cShe was like, \u2018Dad, should I do it?\u2019, and I\u2019m like, \u2018Bro, easy cash!\u201d he joked. <\/p>\n
\u201cGet in there and get it done!\u201d<\/p>\n
Mia, 26, joined international supermodel Rachel Hunter and The Brady Bunch <\/i>icon Barry Williams in the first scenes of the premiere episode. She was later joined by the likes of Aussie singer Deni Hines, soap star Rebekah Elmaloglou, rugby star Luke Bateman, AFL fave Dyson Heppell, actor Gary Sweet, and comedians Concetta Caristo and Nath Valvo \u2013 with more stars to bump into camp in the coming days. <\/p>\n
Originally dubbed the \u201cjungle princess,\u201d Fev revealed he was bursting with pride as Mia faced one of her biggest fears right from the very first scenes. <\/p>\n
\u201cShe had a bad jet ski accident a couple of years ago. She had an accident and was badly hurt, [and went to] hospital. So, she doesn\u2019t really like water now. When she goes under water, she freaks out,\u201d he shared on air. <\/p>\n
\u201cThe first challenge she had to be dunked under water and swim, and put these wires together, and I was like, \u2018Did you cry?\u2019, and she said for the first five minutes she sat there crying the whole time.<\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019ve done that stuff so I know it\u2019s hard, but to sit there and watch your daughter cry and then do the challenge \u2026 I\u2019m really proud of her.\u201d<\/p>\n
It was a proud full-circle moment for the doting dad after being crowned the King of the Jungle when Mia was a young teen. <\/p>\n
\u201cWhen you make the final three your family fly over and they surprise you in the jungle before the final,\u201d Fev recalled of his time on the show. <\/p>\n
\u201cMia was only 15 at that time. Bob Irwin was actually on our series as well. He came out of a casket as a surprise with Bindi. He was 13 and is now hosting and Mia was 15 and now she\u2019s in it. <\/p>\n
Mia, a beauty and fashion influencer, said she was eager to carve out her own path on the show, putting aside any nepo baby references that might follow her. <\/p>\n
\u201cI\u2019m really excited to give it a go and put my own spin on things,\u201d she said. <\/p>\n
