This is my biggest insecurity,\u201d Knight began via Instagram<\/a> on Friday, January 16. \u201cWhat is my bare face? What I look like without makeup on and I\u2019ve got no filter on at the moment and I literally just want to hide.\u201d<\/p>\n She continued, \u201cI\u2019m confident in so many ways, but for some reason, this one thing has always been so scary to me. Ever since I was younger, I have always hated the way I looked without makeup on.\u201d<\/p>\n Knight shared that she\u2019s starting a series where she \u201cmakes [herself] do things that feel scary so that eventually they don\u2019t anymore.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIf you ever felt like you needed filters, makeup, any sort of confidence armour then this is for you too,\u201d she concluded. \u201cFollow along if you want to do it together. Oh my God, I can\u2019t believe I\u2019m going to post this.\u201d<\/p>\n Knight captioned the post, \u201cEverything is scary until it\u2019s not\u2026 What\u2019s your biggest insecurity?\u201d<\/p>\n Knight \u2014 who rose to fame online when sleeping with 583 men in six hours<\/a> in 2025 \u2014 has been open about her cosmetic journey. In November 2025, Knight exclusively told Us<\/em> Weekly<\/em> that all of her procedures (which includes rhinoplasty, breast augmentation and more) has totalled $62,000<\/a> and led to a \u201ccomplete change\u201d in her confidence.<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s actually crazy,\u201d she said. \u201cI can go out without makeup on now and just feel way more confident. I can easily just put on a light touch of makeup or a little bit of makeup and feel better. The shape of my face just feels so much more cohesive. It\u2019s crazy that just these little, tiny changes \u2014 which, I mean, some people will say that they\u2019re not tiny \u2014 but even my nose job, it just changed the entire structure of my face.\u201d<\/p>\n Annie Knight\u2019s Fiance Henry Brayshaw Supports Her Getting BBL \u2014 But Says She Doesn\u2019t \u2018Need It\u2019<\/a><\/p>\n She continued, \u201cI look back at photos of me from, like, two years ago, and I\u2019m like, \u2018What the hell?\u2019 I look so different, but not different enough for it to not feel like I\u2019m me. I feel more me now than I did two years ago.\u201d<\/p>\n Knight went on to tell Us<\/em> that she\u2019s \u201ckind of serious\u201d about getting a Brazilian Butt Lift \u2014 otherwise known as a BBL \u2014 but doesn\u2019t know if she will \u201cever get it done.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201cIt\u2019s such a big procedure and it is very costly,\u201d she noted. \u201cIt\u2019s also very dangerous, and I would have to put on, I think it\u2019s like 10 kilos or something, and I genuinely don\u2019t even think my body\u2019s capable of that. So it would just be a bit of an ordeal. But I did think about it because I don\u2019t really have a bum.\u201d<\/p>\n While Knight pointed to fellow OnlyFans star Lily Phillips<\/strong> as someone who \u201clooks amazing\u201d post-operation<\/a>, the Australian adult content creator is still hesitant.<\/p>\n \u201cI think if I changed my actual body anymore, I would potentially regret it because I really do love my body,\u201d Knight said. \u201cThere\u2019s just days when I\u2019m like, \u2018I wish I had a big bum.\u2019 But you know, that\u2019s life.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
