The presentation is 45 minutes and will be followed by refreshments and a meeting of the Friends of Bendix Woods and Spicer Lake. On Jan. 22 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m., there will be a public lecture with Lindberg in the Vander Vennet Theatre (lower-level Student Center) and the opening reception will be held in the Moreau Gallery from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. Lindberg grew up in the suburbs of Chicago and is currently a visual artist living and working in Wilmington, North Carolina. She has exhibited nationally at galleries and museums. This lecture recital pairs organ music by Australian composers and composers connected to Australia. This is a free but ticketed event. Reserve your ticket through performingarts.nd.edu<\/a>. Tickets are available for pick-up at the ticket office beginning one hour prior to the performance.<\/p>\n POTAWATOMI ZOO WINTER DAYS \u2014 <\/strong>The zoo is open every Saturday and Sunday through March 15 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Winter days are free for Potawatomi Zoo members and admission for non-members is discounted to $12 for adults and $10 for children. The zoo train will run when weather permits and tickets are $3 per person. Visitors can feed the giraffes inside the giraffe visitor center; tickets are $3 for two pieces of lettuce. Concessions will be available from The Lodge and, when weather permits, also from the Farmhouse Caf\u00e9. The gift shop will be open. This drop-in event welcomes all ages to create their own artwork inspired by the current exhibit, “LIT! Site-Specific Installations by Maria Burundarena and Luftwerk.” Kids can also participate in a scavenger hunt through LCA\u2019s three galleries. Free snacks will be available.
