In January 2026, the eldest son of the former soccer pro and the fashion designer broke his silence<\/a> on his and wife Nicola Peltz Beckham\u2019<\/strong>s ongoing feud with his parents.<\/p>\n

\u201cI have been silent for years and made every effort to keep these matters private. Unfortunately, my parents and their team have continued to go to the press, leaving me with no choice but to speak for myself and tell the truth about only some of the lies that have been printed,\u201d he wrote via social media. \u201cI do not want to reconcile with my family. I\u2019m not being controlled, I\u2019m standing up for myself for the first time in my life.\u201d<\/p>\n

Brooklyn claimed that David and Victoria have \u201ccontrolled narratives in the press\u201d about their family for his \u201centire life.\u201d Additionally, he alleged that his parents have tried to \u201cruin [his] relationship\u201d with Nicola since before their 2022 wedding<\/a>. During their nuptials, Brooklyn claimed, Victoria allegedly \u201dhijacked\u201d her son and daughter-in-law\u2019s first dance and \u201cdanced inappropriately on [Brooklyn] in front of everyone.\u201d<\/p>\n

As for David, Brooklyn alleged that his father \u201crejected\u201d him and Nicola when they visited him for his 50th birthday in 2025.<\/p>\n
