Hosted by award-winning Brazilian broadcaster Luciano Huck<\/strong>, the Awards Night will also see a number of high-profile presenters, including one of the greatest full-backs in the history of Brazilian professional football, Cafu<\/strong> \u2013 the player with the most appearances for the Brazilian national team and captain of the 2002 FIFA World Cup winning team, and Brazilian gymnast Rebeca Andrade<\/strong>, the most decorated Brazilian and Latin American Olympian with six Olympic and nine World medals. They will be joined by Sebastian Vettel<\/strong>, the youngest ever Formula 1 World Champion and four-time title winner, known for his commitment to environmental causes, and Indigenous Brazilian environmental activist and member of the UN Secretary-General\u2019s Youth Advisory Group on Climate Change, Txai Suru\u00ed<\/strong>, a leading voice for Brazil\u2019s Indigenous communities and the environment.<\/p>\n

To remind the world of the urgency of the five Earthshot categories \u2013 the simple but ambitious goals for 2030 that drive us towards a thriving planet \u2013 South African actress and humanitarian Nomzamo Mbatha<\/strong> has lent her voice to five short films which will be shown during the Awards Night. The Earthshot Prize Global Ambassador<\/a> explains why we must Protect and Restore Nature, Clean our Air, Revive our Oceans, Build a Waste-Free World, and Fix our Climate.<\/p>\n

The star-studded Awards Night will be broadcast to an unprecedented audience of 34 million people in Brazil and the UK with partners BBC<\/strong> and Globo<\/strong> \u2013 airing on Multishow and Globoplay on 5 November, with a highlights show on TV Globo airing on 7 November, before streaming on BBC from 8 November.\u202fThis will mark the biggest TV audience yet in the Prize\u2019s history, amplifying the stories of the Winners around the world like never before.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
