\n\tThe entire slate of this year\u2019s best new artist nomination class will perform for a special segment for the upcoming Grammy Awards<\/a>, the Recording Academy announced Wednesday.<\/p>\n \n\tYoung buzzing stars Olivia Dean<\/a>, Leon Thomas<\/a>, Alex Warren<\/a>, Katseye, Addison Rae, Sombr, Lola Young and The Marias are all performing for a best new artist segment, live from the Crypto.com Arena on February 1 during the Grammys telecast. <\/p>\n \n\tThe BNA segment is the latest performance reveal after the Academy announced on Tuesday that Sabrina Carpenter would be performing<\/a> for the second year in a row, following her lauded Grammy debut last year.<\/p>\n \n\tOf this year\u2019s best new artist nominees, Thomas<\/a> has the most nominations overall with six, including for album of the year for Mutt<\/em> and best R&B song for \u201cYes It Is.\u201d Dean, meanwhile, has had her star rise significantly in the past several months, as reflected by the chaotic on-sale<\/a> for her The Art of Loving Live tour. Her hit \u201cMan I Need\u201d currently sits at number four on the Hot 100. Warren had the biggest song of the bunch though with \u201cOrdinary,\u201d which spent 10 weeks atop the Hot 100. <\/p>\n \n\tThe Grammys will air on February 1 on CBS and Paramount+ at 5 p.m. Trevor Noah is returning to host, with this year marking the comedian\u2019s last time as MC after first taking the gig for the 2021 show.
