She was one of the first stylists who became a celebrity in her own right, by association to all the It girls of that era, and I will never not remember that Nicole Richie called her \u201cRaisin Face\u201d. Like actually posted a blind item on her MySpace after their falling out, referring to Rachel by that, um, nickname. <\/p>\n

That was back in 2006 and while I know the social media trend right now is to throwback to 2016, it\u2019s now been 20 years since Rachel was a gossip regular and now we\u2019re here, she\u2019s a housewife of Beverly Hills. And last night she was at a party at Chateau Marmont.<\/p>\n
I don\u2019t watch housewives, of any city, so I have no idea how Rachel is being received, but she\u2019s popping up more and more in my feed the last few weeks. And what I\u2019ve noticed is that her style is consistent with how I\u2019ve always pictured her \u2013 she was a big part of the Hollywood boho look two decades ago and the shapes she wears now remain similar. The white slip dress and feather duster in these shots is a good example.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n She wasn\u2019t the only one papped in feathers leaving the Chateau on Wednesday night. Lori Loughlin was seen in a swingy white feather top over black leather pants. It\u2019s giving\u2026 well\u2026 housewife. She\u2019s aligned with Hallmark and not housewives but there have been predictions for years that this is an eventuality, as recently as a few months ago when she announced the end of her marriage. She\u2019s famous, she\u2019s now single, and she\u2019s messy, doesn\u2019t that check the boxes?<\/p>\n Let\u2019s go back to white feathers and fuzzy tops. Because it\u2019s a winter must for me. I wear a lot of white on ETALK and lately our stylist, Simone, has actually pulled several and there are some good sales. If you\u2019re looking for cozy whites and creams\u2026.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n <\/p>\n Banana Republic\u2019s sweater game right now is stupidly good. This cream turtleneck<\/a> is dreamy and it was nice and roomy. The only reason we didn\u2019t end up keeping it on my rack is because, well, this is not a white sweater but the multi-green sweater tunic<\/a> would not be denied, LOL. I\u2019m wearing it next week on the show.<\/p>\n Banana Republic also has a short-sleeved alpaca puff sweater<\/a> that\u2019s really cute and comes in an earthy green. I sized up for this one and it\u2019s on sale.<\/p>\n I tried on Twinset\u2019s white turtleneck<\/a>, also on sale, and the scalloping on the hem is lovely. I liked the way it kinda hung lower on the sides and the only reason we didn\u2019t keep it was because I was cold that day and got precious about the ventilation. If I had tried it on while warm, we probably would have kept it.\u00a0<\/p>\n The next option we definitely didn\u2019t keep for reasons that will become clear in a second. I did not know the brand of this furry hoodie when I tried it on and I have to admit, unfortunately, that it felt good. Then I looked at the tag \u2013 it\u2019s the SKIMS faux fur hoodie<\/a> and I refuse but you may not have an issue and I won\u2019t judge you for it.
