RAYE<\/a>\u00a0has announced her hotly\u00a0anticipated\u00a0second studio album, \u2018This Music May Contain Hope\u2019.<\/p>\n The South London musician\u2019s debut record \u2018My 21st\u00a0Century Blues<\/a>\u2019\u00a0was\u00a0a major breakthrough, winning the\u00a0British Album of the Year prize at the BRITs<\/a>\u00a0and picking up Mercury and\u00a0Mobo\u00a0nominations.<\/p>\n Last September, she returned with the new single \u2018Where Is My Husband!<\/a>\u2019,\u00a0which was named as\u00a0one of the best songs of 2025 by\u00a0NME<\/i><\/a>,\u00a0and was described as a \u201cjazzy, soul-pop bop\u201d that \u201cshowed off her formidable vocal chops with the help of a larger-than-life brass band\u201d.<\/p>\n Now, RAYE has confirmed that the new album will be titled \u2018This Music May Contain Hope\u2019 and it will be released on March 27. You can pre-order your copy\u00a0here<\/a>.<\/p>\n The album will be set in four \u201cseasons\u201d,\u00a0with each side of the vinyl release covering a different season.<\/p>\n RAYE has said: \u201cMusic is medicine, I\u2019ve always said that. I guess I\u2019m in the process of making medicine for myself that I can share with the world. I want us all to say to ourselves that it\u2019s going to be all right, and I\u2019m going to have faith in the seeds that I\u2019ve planted beneath the snow. I wanted to create something that is a hug, bed or soft place for that person who needs it.\u201d<\/p>\n The singer is also heading out on an extensive tour across Europe, the\u00a0UK\u00a0and North America, which kicks off tonight (January 22) in Lodz, Poland. It will include shows in Manchester,\u00a0Glasgow\u00a0and Dublin and two huge shows at London\u2019s O2 Arena at the end of February.
