So you have to know your audience, and you have to be very careful when you\u2019re testifying in these types of cases.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Prince Harry spoke emotionally while testifying Wednesday in opposition to the Daily Mail publisher, Associated Newspapers, disputing reporters\u2019 use of legitimate sources when publishing revealing details of his life.<\/p>\n<p>Harry, Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley are among six people suing Associated Newspapers, alleging the paper invaded their privacy in how it gathered their information over the past 20 years.<\/p>\n<div class=\"nlp-ignore-block article-content rich-text\">\n<aside class=\"promo-link\">\n\t<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.newsnationnow.com\/entertainment-news\/rumors-aaron-rodgers-fake-wife-spread\/?ipid=promo-link-block1\" class=\"promo-link__link\" target=\"&quot;_blank&quot;\"><br \/>\n\t\tRumors about Aaron Rodgers\u2019 \u2018phantom\u2019 wife spread\t<\/a><br \/>\n<\/aside>\n<\/div>\n<p>Associated Newspapers denied the allegations, noting the 50 articles in question were reported with sources that included close associates willing to provide specific information. The publisher is also expected to release its sources during the trial.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere\u2019s liability, and there\u2019s damages here,\u201d Rahmani acknowledged.<\/p>\n<aside class=\"ad-unit ad-unit--mr1_ab\">\n<\/aside>\n<p>\u201cSo the prince is arguing that the bugging was unlawful of his home and vehicle and voicemail. He doesn\u2019t know the bug. He didn\u2019t find a bug. He\u2019s just saying nobody would have told anybody that they had to have bugged me,\u201d added Rahmani.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Harry doesn\u2019t come off as sympathetic figure: Trial lawyer<\/h2>\n<p>Rahmani feels winning the case will prove tough for Harry because he and Meghan Markle don\u2019t come off as sympathetic figures.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNo, not at all,\u201d he said. \u201cEven though the laws are more favorable, I can\u2019t see them getting a big judgment in this case.
